These terms apply to services provided by Gigabits IT Limited trading as Gigabits VPN.
When you purchase a data allowance, it is immediately provisioned, and the transaction is final and non-refundable.
We will provide the VPN server access for you to use the service until your allowance is fully used or expires.
Allowances expire at the end of their validity period. Any unused data at expiration is forfeit and non-refundable.
Subscriptions renew on a monthly basis until they are manually stopped or any fixed subscription period ends. After each renewal payment, your allowance will either update or a new allowance will be added.
Use of the service must comply with all applicable laws.
While we do not routinely log your internet activity, we will cooperate with law enforcement if required.
